A Bit About Ru

For the past 10 years, I have been immersed in tech, art, and design. Growing up in an artistic family helped me discover my knack for fine art and creativity from an early age.

I truly enjoy being part of the design and art community. I honed my skills in digital product design during my time at the University of Waterloo, where I co-founded two student communities: Creators Collective (focused on Tech/UX Talks, a Multi-media Gallery, and a Magazine) and GBDA Creators (Talent Spotlight Series). My passion for tech and design has only grown exponentially since then.

I also fuel my creativity by going on camping and portaging trips to paint en plein air, where I observe, capture, and understand the science behind nature. This experience resonates with my desire to learn the art and design of our world and to help improve people's standards of living.
